Here’s exactly what it’s like to work with us

We know hiring a contractor takes a leap of faith. So here’s the full picture, step by step — no surprises.

STEP 1
Before Travis comes out, he calls.

Travis comes to your home — not a sales rep, not a project coordinator. He’ll walk your bathroom and spend real time understanding what you’re hoping for. The conversation isn’t about upselling you — it’s about figuring out the right answer for your specific space and how you actually use it.

STEP 2
The estimate

Travis comes to your home and walks through the bathroom with you. He'll talk through what he's likely to find and what'll need to happen to do the job right. He's done this long enough to answer the hard questions honestly, how his process compares to other contractors you're considering, what the materials actually mean, where it's worth spending and where it isn't. If you're not sure about the aesthetic direction, he'll help you work through options until something feels right. You leave with a clear picture of the plan, not just a number.

STEP 3
We look at things differently

Most contractors assess a space to confirm what they already planned to do. We assess to understand what's actually there. Years of installs means we've seen most of what a bathroom can hide. We look carefully before we start, and we correct what needs to be corrected, not because it was in the original scope, but because it needs to be done right. Sometimes demo reveals things no one could have seen beforehand. When that happens, Travis stops and explains what he found. The job doesn't move forward with a shortcut that makes his day easier. It moves forward the right way.

STEP 4
Every day on the job

Before anything gets touched, the space gets set up. Commercial air scrubbers and dust containment so the rest of your home stays clean throughout. Then Travis gets to work and keeps you informed as things progress. You're not left wondering what's happening in your own home.

STEP 5
Midway through, we check in

When the work reaches a natural stopping point, Travis walks you through what's been done and gets your feedback. Not at the end when it's too late to adjust, midway through, when it still matters.

STEP 6
The final walkthrough

When it's done, Travis walks the finished space with you. He built it, so he can answer any question about it. We don't consider the job complete until you're satisfied with the result. That's not a policy. It's just how we work.

Sound like the kind of remodel you’ve been looking for? Let’s talk.
